Platform SLA Review overview
Reviews internal platform SLAs against measured performance -- analyzing error-budget burn rates for shared platform services (CI/CD, container registry, secrets management, service mesh), evaluating latency and availability trends, identifying services breaching SLA targets, reviewing consumer team satisfaction scores, and calibrating SLA targets for the next period based on capacity and investment plans. Produces SLA compliance report and updated SLA commitments. Excludes platform incident response.
