OKR Framework overview
Objectives and Key Results — a goal-setting framework where teams define qualitative Objectives (what to achieve) supported by 3-5 measurable Key Results (how to measure achievement). OKRs cascade from company to team to individual level, with quarterly cadence and public transparency. Scoring uses 0.0-1.0 scale where 0.7 is considered successful (stretch goals).
