Composable process component that aggregates cost-proxy metrics across related runs for "Cumulative Effort" reporting in retrospect processes. Rather than tracking actual monetary cost (which, like happiness, is largely unknowable), this module counts journal events and tasks as proxies for the computational effort expended across a set of related runs.
