Monitors mobile workforce safety and lone worker compliance -- validating daily check-in completion rates from field technicians against safety policy thresholds, reviewing GPS-based location tracking for workers in hazardous or remote zones, verifying that Job Safety Analysis forms are completed before high-risk task execution, monitoring fatigue indicators from driving telemetry and shift duration data, auditing tool and vehicle safety inspection completion, triaging SOS alerts and welfare check escalations, and tracking safety certification expiration for field staff. Produces daily workforce safety dashboard, overdue check-in escalation list, and certification expiry forecast. Excludes safety training delivery.
