Configures the Human Resource Information System from implementation
through go-live -- designing the organizational hierarchy and job
architecture within the HRIS including job families, levels, and reporting
structures, configuring employee lifecycle workflows for hiring,
onboarding, transfers, promotions, and terminations, establishing
integration connections with payroll, benefits administration,
time-tracking, and identity-management systems via APIs and SFTP feeds,
building manager and employee self-service portals with appropriate access
controls and approval workflows, creating custom fields and reporting
dimensions for organization-specific data requirements, configuring
automated notifications for compliance deadlines and workflow approvals,
and planning data migration from legacy systems with validation and
reconciliation procedures. Produces HRIS configuration guide, integration
architecture document, and data migration plan. Excludes ongoing HR
operations.
