Krate Agent Context Assembly overview

Prompt assembly engine that constructs AgentContextBundle resources with full source provenance. Gathers repository files, CI logs, issue descriptions, memory snapshots, and context labels into an immutable bundle with content-addressed digest. Redacts secret values before snapshotting and supports retry with original context unless explicitly refreshed. Every prompt fragment has traceable provenance.
