Krate Agent Approvals overview

Human gate controller for agent actions that exceed autonomy policy. When an agent requests destructive operations, secret access, production writes, or large refactors, the approval controller routes the request to designated reviewers via configurable channels (Slack, email, in- platform UI). Supports timeout policies, escalation chains, and auto-approve rules for trusted agent stacks.
