Kradle Agent Dispatch overview
Handles manual and automated dispatch of AI coding agents. Creates AgentDispatchRun resources, performs permission review against org policies, assembles context bundles, and launches agent sessions as Kubernetes Jobs via the Agent Adapter client. Tracks attempt lifecycle (Pending, PermissionReview, ContextBundle, Running, Completed/Failed) and streams session output back through SSE.
