## Description
Share session context (not just runs) with other users or teams. Enable collaborative orchestration sessions.
## Current State
Sessions are local to user. No sharing mechanism.
## Target State
Session export/import for sharing. Session context includes accumulated decisions, state, and run history. Collaborative sessions with multiple operators contributing via breakpoints.
