Krate Approval Gate overview

Human-in-the-loop approval gate for agent actions. When an agent requests access to secrets, destructive tools, or write-back operations, the dispatch controller pauses and creates an AgentApproval resource requiring human decision. The agent session blocks until approved or denied.
