Krate Agent Dispatch overview
Dispatch a coding agent to work on a Krate-managed repository. Creates an AgentDispatchRun (appears as a CI Job), assembles a context bundle with repo state and policy, binds to agent-mux for session management, and provisions an isolated Git worktree. Supports manual dispatch from UI/API and auto-dispatch via triggers.
