Human Review Gate overview
Pause the task pipeline at a designated review checkpoint and surface the agent's diff or output to a human reviewer. The primitive attaches the PR or output artifact to a review request (via Slack, email, GitHub PR review, or dashboard), waits for an explicit approve/request-changes decision, and either continues the workflow or triggers result-validation and retry based on the reviewer's feedback.
