Agent Selection overview
Select the most appropriate agent or harness for a given task based on capability matching, cost profile, availability, and workflow policy. The primitive evaluates registered agents against the task's required capabilities (tool-use, thinking, specific model tier) and returns the best-fit agent identifier for the downstream dispatch primitive.
