Story Mapping overview
A collaborative planning technique that arranges user stories into a two-dimensional map. The horizontal axis represents the user journey (activities and tasks in sequence), while the vertical axis represents priority (walking skeleton at top, enhancements below). Slicing horizontally produces viable release increments that deliver end-to-end user value rather than isolated features.
