Mob Programming overview
A software development approach where the whole team works on the same thing, at the same time, in the same space, and at the same computer. One person acts as the Driver (typing), while the rest are Navigators (directing strategy). Roles rotate on a timer. Produces high-quality code through continuous review and shared ownership while rapidly spreading knowledge across the team.
