Eisenhower Matrix overview
A time management and decision-making framework that classifies tasks along two axes — urgency and importance — into four quadrants: Do (urgent + important), Schedule (important + not urgent), Delegate (urgent + not important), and Eliminate (neither). Forces explicit prioritization and helps teams resist the tyranny of the urgent over the truly important.
