Symphony Workspace Create overview
Per-issue workspace creation primitive. When Symphony picks up a new issue, it creates an isolated workspace directory with a dedicated git worktree, clones the repository state, and prepares the environment for the coding agent session. Workspace directories persist across restarts for recovery.
