Symphony Reconciliation overview
State reconciliation primitive for restart recovery. On startup, Symphony scans filesystem workspace directories to reconstruct in-progress issue state, detecting orphaned workspaces, incomplete agent sessions, and stale locks. Reconciliation enables Symphony to resume gracefully after crashes without duplicating work.
