Claude Code auto-dream consolidation lock overview
mtime-based cross-process lock. Time gate (24h) is checked first, then session-count gate (>=5 sessions touched since last consolidation), then lock acquire. Failure rolls back mtime so the next non-force turn re-attempts. /dream force bypasses time/session gates but not the lock.
